His career includes directing a $3 billion Medicare insurance company, leading four Medicare plan launches at Ernst & Young, and expanding a Medicare Part D program from regional to national at Express Scripts, where he also played a key role in the Express Scripts/Medco merger, overseeing the integration of government programs across systems, teams, and operations.
Known for solving complex challenges, Mike combines executive collaboration with member-focused strategies and vendor partnerships—delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. He holds two U.S. patents and has led major system implementations, product development initiatives, and large-scale integrations throughout his career.
